Oh, huh. I'm not exactly sure what that is. My microphone at the time was pretty awful and it barely even captured my voice, so I had to boost the volume significantly, and this seems to have greatly accentuated something else the mic picked up. I looked around for other folks mentioning the issue of a heartbeat-like sound while recording, and a possible source suggested was low-frequency environmental sounds. Of those, a refrigerator seems like the most likely suspect in my case.

I'm sorry you felt uncomfortable, but at the same time, things like the photo of the Captain Falcon cosplayer rubbing his nipples at the start of the video *were* used as a form of indirect warning about the sort of humor that would be found within.

I've been away from the game for a while so I don't remember what the exact deal with this ending was, assuming I ever actually knew. I would watch the Gendo endings video and cross-reference the parts that are similar with the "Good Ending". Also double-check the Classified Information for relevant entries. You should be able to arrive at a more thorough interpretation that way.

I get the vague sense that the joke has flown over your head and crashed into Saturn. The info blurb for the video contains everything you need to know. Google-fu will accomplish the rest.

That battle was ruthless. I love when the two Eva's combined to form mighty AT field to break through the enemy fusion.

The context for what the endings mean is scattered across the game a bit. My distinct impression is that in this ending, we've evolved into a singular spiritual being that uses Eva-01 as a body. The fact that the spear still exists in the "good" ending does mean that it's possible to reverse the process, though. So potentially, this is an "Ark" ending -- collect souls inside Eva-01, move them to another planet, and give birth to them as a new form of humanity there. (See the Kaworu and Rei scenarios that I translated for more context.)

Well... to get technical, the thing on Eva-08's back is a series of canisters containing the weapons that get used during the drop, called the Dragon Carrier. I do agree on the dumb and impractical part, though.
